About
Staff behavior and driver conduct dominate feedback from those who interact with this Heredia-based business and legal services provider. Multiple reviewers point out alarming incidents involving company drivers, including reports of aggressive behavior on the road and disregard for emergency vehicles. One reviewer specifically calls out a staff member’s conduct in uniform, describing a dangerous U-turn on a double yellow line that raised concerns about the company’s public image. Others express frustration with what they perceive as a lack of empathy and urgency in emergency situations, urging others to seek alternative providers. Some reviews even reference direct confrontations with ambulances and motorcyclists, intensifying concerns about professionalism and safety standards. Operating weekdays from early morning until late afternoon, ALCO S.A. maintains a visible presence in the Heredia Province. However, with a Google rating of 2.2 out of 5 and over ninety reviews, the pattern of negative feedback stands out. Prospective clients searching for business and legal services in Heredia may want to weigh the significance of these firsthand experiences before making a decision. The reviews consistently highlight issues that could impact trust and reliability for those considering engagement.
