About

Shoppers often stumble upon lower prices than expected, even when arriving by accident. Some visitors report finding laptops and tech gear for less than at other stores, while others highlight a broad selection of geeky and gaming products. Staff interactions vary—some mention helpful service and smooth purchases, while others describe issues with warranty validation and inconsistent pricing depending on the employee. One customer recounts a lengthy wait for a gaming monitor, only to discover later that the product did not match the promised specifications, leading to lasting dissatisfaction with the response from the store. Another purchaser praises the availability of products and the straightforward buying process, despite hearing negative feedback about management beforehand. Located in Desamparados, San José Province, this shopping destination draws tech enthusiasts and gamers looking for variety and potential deals. The store operates Monday through Saturday, with slightly shorter hours on Saturdays and remains closed on Sundays. With a Google rating of 3.8 out of 5 from over 150 reviews, experiences here range from positive surprises to frustrations over customer service and product accuracy. For those seeking deals on electronics and gaming gear, this spot offers potential savings, but careful attention to product details and pricing is recommended.
