Travelers highlight the ability to choose between Kolbi, Claro, and Liberty SIM cards, with one reviewer noting the convenience of picking up a Kolbi SIM before heading to Puerto Viejo. The process feels straightforward: bring your passport or ID, select a plan like the 4.5 GB option for $30, and get help activating your service on the spot. Staff often go the extra mile, even calling to activate SIM cards for those less familiar with the process, making it easy for newcomers to Costa Rica to get online quickly. Located in San José and operating daily with extended hours, this shop serves both short-term visitors and those needing longer connectivity. Reviewers repeatedly mention the ease of recharging SIMs throughout Costa Rica, especially with Kolbi and Claro, making this location a practical starting point for travelers exploring the country.
