About
Sweeping views of Lake Arenal pair with a peaceful, off-highway setting where travelers unwind in a large property filled with amenities. Guests kick back in the pool and jacuzzi, savor phenomenal dinners like the Tuna Organic Bowl or Caribbean Chicken, and sample in-house brews—favorites include the chili beer, piña blonde, and pale ale. Birdwatchers spot a variety of species on-site and along the nearby road, while families and animal lovers visit goats, pigs, cows, sheep, and horses roaming the grounds. Breakfast and coffee come included, though some mention the morning fare can feel reheated or less fresh. Rooms stay basic but clean, offering a practical stopover for those exploring Guanacaste Province. While the hotel welcomes children of all ages, families traveling with toddlers should note that no cribs or extra beds are available, and management maintains no flexibility on this policy. Friendly staff members, especially Veronica, receive high praise for quick communication and attentive service, helping guests feel welcome and at ease. With a 4.2/5 Google rating and hours running daily from early morning to late evening, this wellness-focused spot in Tilarán works well for travelers seeking tranquility, lake views, and on-property activities—just be sure to confirm accommodations if traveling with young children.
