About
Shoppers find a wide selection of mobile phones at varying price points, making it easy to find options for every budget and walk out with a new device in under half an hour. Spacious premises allow for comfortable browsing, while some visitors highlight helpful staff who assist in navigating the product range. However, several reviewers describe challenges with customer service, especially through WhatsApp and in-person interactions. Reports mention communication breakdowns, with staff sometimes failing to respond to product inquiries or follow up on website issues. This pattern appears both online and in-store, where some describe the setup as inefficient and staff as unwilling to help. Located in San José, Monge operates daily with extended evening hours, giving shoppers flexibility to visit after work or on weekends. The store maintains a 3.8 out of 5 rating from over 150 reviews, reflecting a mix of efficient in-store purchases and frustrations with customer support. Those seeking a broad electronics selection and the possibility of quick transactions may find value here, but should set expectations accordingly regarding service consistency.
