About

Fast check-ins and flexible arrangements set the tone at this Lindora car rental spot, where reviewers consistently mention staff members like Marcos making the process smooth and efficient. One customer highlighted how the team moved quickly to extend a rental, while another appreciated the ability to pick up a car early without extra fees. English-speaking staff, including Nelson and Dany, earn praise for their clear communication and willingness to resolve issues on the spot—like offering a fair, upfront repair quote for accidental damage, and allowing a vehicle return with an empty tank at no extra charge after a reservation hiccup. However, experiences vary. Some visitors report frustration with unexpected insurance charges and upselling tactics, particularly during the booking process, while others describe situations where reserved vehicles became unavailable upon arrival. These issues point to occasional inconsistencies in service, with some guests feeling misled about costs or car availability. Located in Momentum Plaza, this entertainment category business maintains a 4.1 Google rating across 29 reviews. Hours run daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing steady access for both local and visiting drivers. For those who value quick service and helpful staff, this branch often delivers, but reading the fine print and confirming reservations may help avoid surprises.
