About
Premium Level amenities, immaculate rooms, and friendly staff set the tone from the moment you arrive. Guests rave about massages at the spa that leave them completely relaxed, while the entertainment team—especially Kevin—creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere. With spacious pools that never feel crowded and a beach just steps away, relaxation comes easy. The breakfast buffet bursts with fresh fruit and baked goods, and the omelette bar cook greets you with a smile. Specialty dining options, including an Italian restaurant and a poolside grill, earn high marks for quality and variety. The hillside layout delivers spectacular views from the foyer and many rooms, though the numerous stairs can challenge those with mobility issues. A shuttle service helps if you’d rather not climb, and rooms near the lobby offer quick access to restaurants and beautiful pool and ocean vistas. The snack bar keeps things casual with pizza, hot dogs, and chicken wings, while the lobby bar mixes excellent drinks well into the night. Staff members go out of their way to make your stay pleasant, and tour pickups right from the resort make exploring Guanacaste easy. While some guests wish for clearer dining instructions and more variety in food and drinks, most leave eager to return for the friendly vibe, stunning setting, and all-inclusive ease.
