About
Thorough medical attention shapes the experience here, with some patients highlighting the importance of accurate diagnosis and responsible treatment—even when it means waiting for a careful evaluation. One patient, after facing a complex foot issue that required surgery, credits the doctor’s methodical approach for a positive outcome and emphasizes the value of patience in medical care. Others praise the staff by name, calling Dr. Óscar Monge “a genius” and expressing gratitude for Johanna’s help with nail concerns. Clean, modern facilities and a sense of professionalism greet visitors, and several reviews note the hygienic environment. However, experiences with follow-up and communication show a mixed pattern. Some individuals report significant delays, difficulty reaching doctors directly, and a lack of clear updates—especially when procedures require ongoing coordination. One patient describes persistent efforts to obtain results for orthotic insoles, facing weeks of unanswered messages and unfulfilled promises. Another shares frustration with postponed surgery and limited communication, suggesting that straightforward, minor treatments may proceed smoothly but complex cases sometimes encounter organizational challenges. Operating in San José with a 4.3/5 Google rating, this medical spa draws both strong praise for clinical results and criticism for inconsistent communication. Those seeking foot care and podiatric services may find success here, especially for straightforward cases, but should approach complex procedures with clear expectations about follow-up.
