About
Juan Carlos greets every computer challenge with a relaxed yet focused approach, immediately diving into diagnostics and keeping communication clear throughout the process. Visitors often mention his bilingual skills—Spanish first, English second—and appreciate the way he patiently explains technical issues, no matter your level of computer knowledge. Transparency shapes every interaction: Juan Carlos outlines part prices and options upfront, so there are no surprises, and he invites clients to ask questions during repairs. Remote support stands out as a popular service, with many noting how easy it is to get help from home if you can’t bring your laptop into the Ciudad Quesada office. Customers highlight the efficiency of these remote sessions and the practical guarantee on all work, including reminders for future laptop cleanings to keep devices running smoothly. Web development also draws praise, with multiple reviewers calling the company the top choice for web solutions in San Carlos and across Costa Rica. The reasonable pricing and willingness to share direct contact information make every interaction straightforward and accessible. With a perfect 5.0 Google rating across 149 reviews, TI Costa Rica consistently delivers friendly, knowledgeable support in the business and legal tech space. The combination of hands-on expertise and clear, honest communication keeps clients returning for both IT and web development needs.
